Andrew Wilson is the Founder and Managing Partner of Vaughan Govier Pte Ltd. He is passionate and committed to the development of the management capacity within companies through the craft of leadership development and organisational coaching.
Andrew's prior experience is as a practicing senior manager. His 16 years experience as a senior manager in the software and telecommunication industries spans all aspects of running and growing an international business; including the management of a startup, rapidly growing companies, managing in mature international organizations and the successful turn-around of a regional organization.
As a management development professional he has successfully worked with organisations from many industries including advertising, civil service, construction, information technology, manufacturing, media, design, pharmaceuticals and telecommunications.
William is a partner with Vaughan Govier providing executive coaching, organizational coaching and management development support for our clients. He brings with him deep experience in finance, organizations and a passion to create business value. He enjoys working with business owners and senior management teams to create business value.
William is a seasoned CFO with 20 years finance and operations management experience. William's sincere and open approach has enabled him building strong cohesive, multi cultural teams in the organisation he served. During his career he has set up business units and operations in Japan, Australia, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore.
His background includes ten years in senior management team for multinationals operating in Asia. His innate curiosity and desire for business insight push him makes sense of the numbers and find the key business driver in unlocking business values.
